I was surprise to our law enforcer there were trained for such circumstances nothing happen. Although they minimize the total death number there were 22 foreigners and 3 Philippine citizen 8 are pronounce dead. I know it is not a easy task, we should learned from it. This is not the first time happen in the Philippines it was the second time and I hope will never have a third time. The first time nothing happen the grenade did not accidentally blow up. The second time it is the worst, it killed 8 foreigners. In same event the United State uses there sniper special forces to do the job. When the African hijacker show up there head all of them shot by sniper in the head thats why there were so precise this happen when they hijack an oil tanker and decided to flee with the captain. I saw the footage they had a chance to shoot when a man was release he was an open target in the head. Roland Mendoza should only be the victim of death. He is not in his right mind he should be killed rather to kill more people.
